Delivery
Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping options, estimated delivery times and packaging. Please note that once your order leaves our hands, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues that may occur with the courier. Delivery timelines are estimates and parcels may take longer than expected due to factors outside of our control.
We also cannot be responsible for missing parcels if the address provided at checkout is incorrect, so please double check all your details before placing your order with us.
Additionally, we cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates for holidays or special occasions or other peak periods due to potential courier delays.
Sustainable Packaging
At Re:LoadByNikii, we’re committed to making our packaging as thoughtful and eco-friendly as our clothing. All orders are packaged using 100% biodegradable materials and recyclable, acid-free tissue paper. We strive to minimise environmental impact wherever possible, ensuring our packaging aligns with our sustainable values and supports a greener planet.
Product & Pre-Order Information
For our first collection/drop, we have a selection of ready made garments available for purchase. Stock is limited, as are the sizes, so we’ve prepared popular sizes to give customers the chance to experience our pieces firsthand. Each skirt is unique, no two are exactly the same, allowing you to see just how individual every design can be.
Under the “Pre-Order” category, you’ll find a single listed skirt product. This is how we will take custom orders moving forward. As each skirt is carefully handmade, we can only accept 10–12 orders per week to ensure every piece receives the full care and attention it deserves. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your handmade skirt to be made and shipped.
Be sure to keep an eye on our Instagram stories for daily updates and new availability. When placing an order, please include your UK denim skirt/shorts size in the Order Notes/Special Instructions on your cart page.
Delivery Options
We want your order to arrive safely, which is why we use Royal Mail UK for all deliveries. You can choose the option that works best for you:

UK Standard Delivery (untracked)
- Tracked 48 Delivery: Fully tracked and usually delivered within 2–3 business days.
Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Delivery times are estimates, so please allow a little extra time in case of delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey. Please allow a few days for the tracking to activate.
Delivery Delays
We always aim to meet our estimated delivery times, but occasionally unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays or customs issues may affect your order. If your delivery takes longer than expected/beyond estimated time, please contact us at reloadbynikiicustomerservice@gmail.com for assistance.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels as all items are sent to the address provided at checkout.
Returns
Please note that customers are responsible for any returns as these are not included in our shipping prices. If an item is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering the additional postage cost to have the item resent.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed we cannot cancel your order so please take the time and consideration when making a purchase with us. Please remember to read through all policies if you’re unsure.
Refunds and Exchanges
At Re:LoadByNikii, every piece is individually sourced, carefully reworked and thoughtfully redesigned before it reaches you. As each garment is created from pre-owned materials and reconstructed by hand, significant time, precision and care goes into every order.
For this reason, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, as each piece is prepared specifically for its new home. This policy ensures fairness and sustainability for both our customers and the brand, allowing us to continue operating responsibly and intentionally.
We also do not offer exchanges. Every garment is accurately measured and clearly listed with its UK size, waist, hip and length measurements. We kindly ask that customers carefully review all measurements and product details before purchasing to ensure the right fit.
